These Spicy Sweet Potato Fries will satisfy your spicy food craving! Sriracha powder gives these sweet potato fries a kick.
One staple that I like to always have in my pantry is sweet potatoes. When I use up most of the fresh vegetables in the fridge, I know my sweet potatoes can make a meal until I feel like going to the grocery store. This week I made sweet potato home fries and sweet potato hash browns. My personal favorite though is baked Spicy Sweet Potato Fries. I love anything spicy, so adding sriracha powder to my fries puts them over the top.
Maybe you’ve heard of sriracha sauce, but not sriracha powder. That was me awhile ago until I found out about the powder. It’s great for recipes where dry ingredients work better than wet.
I like to eat these fries with vegan sour cream (homemade or store bought) to cool my palate. These also pair nicely with guacamole, which also cools the palate, as long as your guacamole isn’t too spicy. (You may want to add less serrano pepper or substitute a jalapeño, if using my recipe.)
