This vegan broccoli salad is one of my all time favorite salads. It has a combination of sweet and savory flavors, with a creamy vegan dressing. The vegan dressing is made with unsweetened coconut yogurt and just a tad of vegan mayo and sweetener to keep it on the lighter side.
This sweet potato salad was inspired by one that I used to get at a deli in Northern Arizona. I decided to recreate it after they closed down. It has a balance of sweet and savory flavors as well. It is dressed with a sweet agave mustard dressing, which is a vegan version of a honey mustard dressing.
Take your coleslaw to the next level by adding spicy sriracha sauce. If you are a sriracha lover, than you’ll love this slaw. It is great for topping a BBQ Lentil Sandwich or eating as a side.
This garden salad is anything but boring. Not only does it have homemade croutons, but the vegan ranch dressing is made with fresh ingredients. You won’t want bottled ranch or a packet mix after trying this!
