Bok Choy with Asian Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 head of bok choy
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon low sodium gluten free tamari
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Cut bok choy into large pieces. Steam until tender.
- Mix mirin, tamari, and sesame oil.
- Pour over bok choy and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
