This can be difficult at times. I have found myself anxious lately, wanting things done immediately. I need to remember to let go and allow instead of trying to make things happen before they are meant to.
Friday I had website problems. I don't know if I hit the wrong button when I was going to save a category, but whatever I did changed my whole day. The menu reverted back to an old one. Every time I changed it, it would revert back. I literally spent hours dealing with the issue.
To keep myself calm - and from having a major meltdown - I went for a walk instead of staying at my computer. The walk helped me to switch gears, get some sun, and cool off some steam.
