Thoughts become things. A large part of the law of attraction is thinking positive thoughts. Many people are critical of themselves. We say things to ourselves that we would never say to anyone else. It is time to start rejecting those thoughts and replace them with kinder words.
One place to start is by using affirmations:
- I love and approve of myself.
- I am strong.
- I forgive myself. I am growing.
- The decisions I make are right for me.
- I am worthy.
