This sweet rich gluten free Maple and Molasses Granola is easy to make and you can control the ingredients!
I have been making a lot of granola lately, because it is easy to make, and you can control what you put in it. It also probably costs a lot less than buying it.
I recently looked up a popular brand of granola. It had ingredients like sunflower oil, nonfat dry milk, whey, whole grain rolled wheat, canola oil, glycerin and natural flavors.
What are those "natural flavors" anyway? No thank you, I'd prefer to make my own.
For this Maple and Molasses Granola I wanted a rich flavor so I used Black Strap Molasses. It is a good source of potassium, calcium, and iron.
