This cool refreshing Mojito is sure to please. It has fresh mint and lime juice. It is the perfect Summer cocktail!
I love using fresh herbs in recipes, especially dill, thyme, rosemary, basil, and mint. They add a ton of flavor to any dish.
Using them in cocktails is fun too. It brings another dimension to the drink.
A Mojito is great to have in the Spring and Summer months because it has a light, fresh flavor. I have been experimenting with variations of the Mojito, using different kinds of citrus fruits.
My favorite so far is the Tangerine Mojito. Although, I am not done trying all the citrus fruits yet…
If you like light rum, lime juice, and mint, you’re going to love this cocktail!
