This Frozen Strawberry Basil Daiquiri has the traditional flavors of a strawberry daiquiri, but with the addition of fresh basil for a twist.
How to Make a Frozen Strawberry Basil Daiquiri
Mix frozen strawberries, fresh basil leaves, lime juice, agave syrup, and rum in a high speed blender or Nutribullet until blended.

- Taste after 1 ounce to see how you like it. You can always add more rum, but you can’t take it away.
- Mix the frozen strawberries right before serving. If you need to make it ahead of time, you could freeze the mixture then thaw it. It will most likely not freeze completely since it has rum in it.
- If you prefer, you can use simple syrup instead of agave syrup. Heat equal parts sugar and water in a pan. Cook until sugar dissolves. You will probably need less simple syrup than agave syrup since agave is so sweet. Taste as you go.

Frozen Strawberry Basil Daiquiri
- 1 1/4 cup strawberries
- 3 basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 oz. light rum
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender or Nutribullet.
