I have been having fun creating drinks for my cocktail category. I have a few favorites, and now this Tangerine Mojito is at the top of the list.
A friend of mine tried this and said this was dangerously good because he could drink this up quickly. I agree.
This is one of those drinks where you forget there’s alcohol in it. It is perfect for a spring or summer day because it is light and refreshing.

You May Need:
- Muddle the sugar and mint leaves until the mixture becomes a paste and the leaves are broken up.
- Juice 1/2 of a tangerine and pour into a glass with ice.
- Pour rum, lime juice, agave syrup, mint leaves and sugar over tangerine juice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mint leave and a tangerine wedge or slice.
