Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus Tea)

Ingredients: 4 cups water ½ cup dried hibiscus flowers ½ cup sugar or maple syrup

Bring water to a boil. Turn off heat and add hibiscus flowers. Let steep 30 minutes. Strain and add sugar or maple syrup. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over ice and serve.
