Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Ingredients: ¼ cup chia seeds 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ¼ cup apple sauce 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredients continued: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon Pinch nutmeg Pinch salt ½ chopped apple
Mix chia seeds and almond milk. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge. Add apple sauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
At this point you could mix the pudding in a Nutribullet or high speed blender if prefer a smooth texture that resembles a classic pudding. Layer chia pudding with chopped apple.
