Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:   ½ cup gluten free rolled oats  ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk  ¼ cup apple sauce  ¼ teaspoon cinnamon Pinch nutmeg

Ingredients continued:   1 tablespoon maple syrup  Pinch salt  2 tablespoons chopped walnuts  ½ chopped apple - I used Gala

Place rolled oats, almond milk or soy milk, apple sauce, spices, maple syrup, and salt in a mason jar. Mix well. Let sit overnight.

Top oats with chopped apple and walnuts.
