Apple Walnut Balls

Ingredients:   3 apples (1 cup dried apples) - I used Gala  4 dates (¼ cup)  ¾ cup walnuts  ½ cup almonds

Cut apples into large chunks and dehydrate at 110° for 24-36 hours. If you do not have a dehydrator, you can purchase dehydrated apples with no preservatives at most natural food stores.

 Mix all ingredients in a food processor until ground.  Form into balls or bars. To make handling the mixture easier, you may want to refrigerate it first. You could add more dates, if needed.
