Baked Vegan Onion Rings

Ingredients: 1 onion sliced into ½" thick rings  ½ cup gluten free all purpose flour  ½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt + more for sprinkling

Ingredients continued:  ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk  1 tablespoon vegan mayo  Olive oil or spray  4 Ingredient Sriracha BBQ Sauce for serving

  Preheat oven to 400°. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Dip onion rings into wet ingredients, then dry ingredients.

  Place onion rings on a parchment lined baking sheet that has been oiled with olive oil or spray. Brush onion rings with olive oil or spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
