Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients:      6 cups cauliflower florets (1 head)  1 cup ground flax seeds  2 teaspoons basil  2 teaspoons oregano

Ingredients continued:       ½ cup nutritional yeast  2 tablespoons olive oil + more for oiling baking sheet  1 teaspoon onion powder  1 teaspoon garlic powder  salt and pepper

 Steam cauliflower 10-15 minutes until tender. Let cool.  In a cheesecloth or towel, squeeze out as much water as you can. This will shrink the amount of cauliflower to about 3 cups.

 Put cauliflower and the rest of ingredients into a food processor and mix. Spread ¼ of ingredients  onto an oiled baking sheet or parchment paper.

With slightly wet hands, spread out the dough to about ¼" thick, pressing the cauliflower in firmly.

 Cook at 400° for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook another 10 minutes.  Add your toppings and cook for a few minutes, or store in the fridge and use within a few days!
