½ cup water
1 black tea bag
½ cup soy milk
1 teaspoon chai spice mix
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup chia seeds

With Black Tea: Heat water in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add black tea bag. Let steep 3-5 minutes. Discard tea bag. Mix chia seeds, black tea, and soy milk. Let sit 1 hour to get gelatinous.
Add chai spice mix, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix with a fork to get clumps out.
Without Black Tea: Mix chia seeds and soy milk. Let sit 1 hour to get gelatinous.
