Chinese Pizza

Ingredients: Ginger Garlic Tofu – 14 oz. firm tofu – 1 tablespoon low sodium gluten free tamari – 1 tablespoon sesame oil  – 2 teaspoons minced ginger – 1 clove garlic minced

Ingredients: – 2 tablespoon chopped green onion – 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro – Gluten free pizza crust mix or premade dough - I used Namaste

 Ginger Garlic Tofu: Press tofu with a tofu press or wrapped in a towel with a heavy object on top of tofu for at least 15 minutes to get water out. Combine garlic, ginger, tamari, and sesame oil.

 Chop red pepper. Spoon hoisin sauce on pizza crust. I used only 1 tablespoon because it is so sweet.  Spread Ginger Garlic Tofu on pizza crust. Sprinkle on red pepper.
