Chocolate Almond Energy Bites

Ingredients:  1 cup pitted dates  2 tablespoons cacao   2 tablespoons coconut oil  ¼ cup shredded coconut  ¼ cup pecans  ¼ cup raw almonds  ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Ingredients continued:    ¼ cup almond meal 2 pinches salt Coatings:  cacao or cocoa powder  crushed nuts  shredded coconut  hemp seeds  chia seeds  maca powder

Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Roll into balls. Roll in one of the coatings and serve.
