Chocolate Low Carb Vegan Fudge

Ingredients: ½ cup cacao or cocoa powder ½ cup coconut oil melted ¼ cup full fat coconut milk ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon almond extract 2 teaspoons erythritol or 15-20 drops stevia Pinch salt

If using erythritol, heat all ingredients in a double boiler or microwave until erythritol is dissolved. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Fill either ice cube trays, muffin liners, or a plastic wrapped lined storage container. Refrigerate.

Once cooled, if using the plastic wrapped lined container, pull fudge out and slice on a cutting board. Store in the fridge.
