Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Ingredients:   – ½ cup gluten free rolled oats – ½ cup water or soy milk – ¼ cup vegan yogurt – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – 1 tablespoon brown sugar – Pinch salt

In a 16 ounce mason jar (or similar size), add rolled oats, water, vegan yogurt, cinnamon, brown sugar, and salt. Stir and add the lid. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
