Coconut Bacon

Ingredients:   1 ½ cups coconut chips  1 teaspoon liquid smoke  ½ teaspoon paprika  1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon low sodium gluten free tamari

Ingredients continued:   1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar  1 teaspoon coconut oil

 Mix all ingredients together except sliced coconut chips.   Add coconut chips and mix thoroughly. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until crispy.
