Coconut Granola

Ingredients:   2 cups  gluten free rolled oats 2 tablespoons coconut oil  2 tablespoons agave syrup  1 teaspoon vanilla extract  ½ cup coconut chips  ½ cup  finely shredded coconut

 Heat coconut oil, agave syrup, and vanilla extract in microwave 20-30 seconds to combine.  Mix oats and syrup mixture.

Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 325°. Toss, and bake another 5 minutes. Add coconut chips and coconut flakes, and bake 5 minutes longer.
