Crispy Nacho Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients: 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast ½ teaspoon chili powder ½ teaspoon cumin ¼ teaspoon paprika
Ingredients continued: ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Pinch salt
Drain garbanzo beans and dry between two clean towels. Remove as many of the skins as possible. Toss garbanzo beans and olive oil.
Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Toss freshly baked garbanzo beans with nacho seasoning.
