Dehydrated Pizza Flaxseed Crackers

Ingredients: – 8 cups plum tomatoes or other small tomatoes (2 lbs.) – 2 cups flax seeds (or 1 cup chia seeds) – ½ cup water – 1 teaspoon marjoram – 1 teaspoon thyme

Ingredients: – 1 teaspoon oregano – 1 teaspoon  basil – 1 teaspoon parsley – 1 teaspoon  rosemary – 1 teaspoon  sage – Salt – ½ cup diced onion

 Mix all ingredients except flaxseeds and onion. Add flaxseeds to a bowl. Pour tomato mixture over flaxseeds. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to get gelatinous. Add onion and stir to combine.

 Spread mixture onto a Teflon lined dehydrator sheet. Spread it out as one sheet or spoon individual spoonfuls. Dehydrate for 36-72 hours at 110°.
