Ingredients: 1 brown rice tortilla 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 banana 2 tablespoons chocolate chips 1 tablespoon almonds 1 tablespoon coconut chips
For a really crispy tortilla bake 2-3 minutes before adding toppings. Mix peanut butter and maple syrup and spread on tortilla.
Place sliced banana, chocolate chips, slivered almonds, and coconut chips on top of peanut butter mixture. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
