Double Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites

Chocolate filling:  1 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt ¼ cup cacao powder  3 tablespoons maple syrup  ½ teaspoon vanilla extract  ¼ teaspoon almond extract  Pinch of salt

Chocolate coating:  ¾ cups chocolate chips  1 ½ tablespoons coconut oil

   Chocolate filling: Mix chocolate filling ingredients in a Nutribullet or food processor to get a creamy consistency and get tiny lumps of cacao powder out.

   Pour 2 tablespoons of filling in each ice cube slot of an ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.

Chocolate coating:  Heat a couple of inches of water in a pot or double boiler. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heat safe dish over pot filled with water.

 With a fork, dip a chocolate yogurt bite into chocolate. Place on a parchment lined tray. Repeat with each yogurt bite. Freeze.
