Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen dragon fruit ½ cup chopped fresh or frozen mango ½ - ¾ cup soy milk ½ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

Ingredients: ½ teaspoon maca (optional) ¼ teaspoon turmeric (optional) Toppings Chopped dragon fruit Chopped dragon fruit Coconut chips

Mix all ingredients in a Nutribullet or high speed blender. Top with chopped dragon fruit, mango, and coconut chips.
