Easy Tomato Soup

Ingredients: 6 oz. tomato paste 13.5 oz. coconut milk 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/2 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder salt and pepper 1 1/2 cups water

 Place all ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes.

 Herbed Croutons Ingredients: 4 slices gluten free bread 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon rosemary

 Herbed Croutons Ingredients continued: 1 teaspoon basil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Mix the herbs. Add olive oil. Toss the cubed bread in mixture. Bake @ 325° for 20 minutes.
