Gingerbread Chia Pudding

Ingredients:       ½ cup chia seeds 2 cups unsweetened almond milk  ½ teaspoon cinnamon  ½ teaspoon ground ginger  ⅛ teaspoon allspice  ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg  1 ½ teaspoons black strap molasses  1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup  2 teaspoons vanilla extract  Pinch salt

Mix chia seeds and almond milk. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge. Add cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, black strap molasses, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
