Gingerbread Granola

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon allspice ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses

Ingredients: 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 tablespoons coconut oil ½ teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch salt 2 cups gluten free rolled oats

Preheat oven to 325°. Mix all wet ingredients. Microwave for 30 seconds to combine. Add spices and mix well. Mix oats and syrup mixture.

Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Toss, and bake another 10 minutes.
