Harissa Tofu

Ingredients:  – 14 ounces extra firm tofu drained and pressed – 6 tablespoons harissa sauce - I used mild – 2 tablespoons maple syrup – 2 teaspoons low sodium gluten free tamari

Ingredients:  – ¼ teaspoon cumin – ⅛ teaspoon coriander – ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon – Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the tofu. Stir. Preheat oven to 400℉. Slice the tofu and add it to the marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour to overnight.

Place the tofu on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400℉ for 20 minutes, flip the tofu, and bake another 20 minutes or until starting to get crispy on the edges.
