Kalamata Olive Hummus

Ingredients: 15 oz. can garbanzo beans ¼ cup tahini ¼ cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients: 1 clove garlic minced ½ cup pitted and chopped Kalamata olives Pinch salt (optional - taste first) ¼ cup water (optional)*

Ingredients: 1 clove garlic minced ½ cup pitted and chopped Kalamata olives Pinch salt (optional - taste first) ¼ cup water (optional)*

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour before serving so that hummus thickens and flavors meld.
