Mix adobo sauce and maple syrup. Cut tofu into 12 slices. Marinate in the adobo sauce and maple syrup for at least an hour to overnight.

Preheat oven to 400°. Bake marinated tofu at 400° for 20 minutes, flip and bake another 20 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.
