Melt-In-Your-Mouth Mexican Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 cups chocolate chips 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg pinch cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon cacao powder salt
Pour coconut milk in a pan with chocolate chips in a bowl above. Heat until chocolate is melted.
Add the rest of ingredients and pour into a pan. Refrigerate.Roll into balls. Roll balls in cacao powder.
