Mint Hot Chocolate Overnight Oats
Mint Hot Chocolate ingredients: 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 cups almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract 1 tablespoon maple syrup salt
Overnight Oats Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 - 1 cup mint hot chocolate 1 tablespoons chia seeds
Warm the almond milk in a pan. Add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, maple syrup, and salt. Simmer until chocolate melts.
Let hot chocolate cool. Mix ingredients and let sit overnight. You can also add the hot chocolate when hot and eat right away.
