Pizza Crackers

Ingredients: – 8 cups plum tomatoes or other small tomatoes – 1 cup chia seeds or 2 cups flax seeds – ½ cup water – 1 teaspoon marjoram – 1 teaspoon thyme

Ingredients: – 1 teaspoon oregano – 1 teaspoon  basil – 1 teaspoon parsley – 1 teaspoon  rosemary – 1 teaspoon  sage – ½ teaspoon  salt – ½ cup diced onion

 Juice tomatoes, saving 1 ½ cups of the pulp. Add the juice to the chia seeds. After seeds have soaked for about 30 minutes, add tomato pulp, diced onion, and herbs, and mix in a food processor.

 Fold in soaked chia seeds. Spoon teaspoon or tablespoon sized spoonfuls - depending on what size you want your crackers - onto a Teflon sheet and dehydrate for 20-28 hours at 105°.
