Portobello Mushroom and Caramelized Onion Sliders
Ingredients: 2 portobello mushrooms 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 tablespoon olive oil salt
Ingredients continued: 1/4 cup vegan mayo 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoon maple syrup buns
Ingredients continued: 2 cups sliced onions 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar salt
Cook onions in olive oil until caramelized. Add balsamic vinegar and salt.
Marinate portobello mushrooms and cook until tender.
Layer on buns with caramelized onions and maple Dijon mayo.
