Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients: ½ cup gluten free rolled oats  ½ cup unsweetened almond milk  ¼ cup pumpkin purée

Ingredients continued: 1 tablespoon maple syrup ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Pinch salt Pecans (optional)

Place rolled oats, almond milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a mason jar. Let sit overnight. Top oats with pecans.
