Ranch Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients: 15 oz. chickpeas 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon dried dill 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast salt
Roll garbanzo beans in a towel to dry and get skins off. Mix with olive oil and bake @ 400° for 35 minutes.
Mix herbs and spices. Toss with freshly roasted chickpeas.
