Raspberry Chipotle Ketchup

Ingredients: 6 ounces tomato paste ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ½ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon paprika ¼ teaspoon allspice

Ingredients: 2 chipotles in adobo sauce  gluten free 1 tablespoon adobo sauce 3 tablespoons agave syrup salt and pepper 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Ingredients: 2 chipotles in adobo sauce  gluten free 1 tablespoon adobo sauce 3 tablespoons agave syrup salt and pepper 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Mix all ingredients except raspberries. Pour into a sauce pan on medium heat. Add in raspberries and mash them with a fork, as mixture simmers.

Cook for about 5-10 minutes, until raspberries are broken down and mixture thickens.
