Snickers Overnight Oats

Ingredients: – ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats – ½ cup soy milk – 1 tablespoon maple syrup – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – Pinch salt – 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed coconut milk

Ingredients: – 1 tablespoon peanut butter – 2 tablespoons chopped roasted and salted peanuts – 2-3 tablespoons chocolate chips – ½ teaspoon coconut oil

Add rolled oats, soy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a mason jar. Stir and let sit overnight.

Melt chocolate chips in a microwave at 30-second intervals. Add coconut oil. Stir.
