Spiced Almond Milk

Ingredients:  2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1 teaspoon ground ginger ½ teaspoon cinnamon  ⅛ teaspoon allspice

Ingredients:  ⅛ teaspoon cardamom 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Bring ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes, whisking constantly until the spices are dissolved.
