Marinated Tofu: 14 oz. extra firm tofu 1 tablespoon tamari 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce Marinate tofu for at least an hour. Cook until golden brown.
Ingredients: marinated tofu pickled carrots sriracha mayo baguette English cucumber jalapeño limes cilantro
Layer sriracha mayo, tofu, cucumbers, pickled carrots, jalapeño, and cilantro on a baguette.
