Sriracha Baked Jicama Fries

Ingredients: ½ jicama sliced into ¼" fries 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon sriracha powder Salt

Preheat oven to 425°. Mix olive oil, sriracha powder, and salt. Toss jicama fries in mixture. Lay fries on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes, or until crispy.
