Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Chickpea Salad Sandwich

Ingredients: 1/4 cup fresh basil 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes 15 oz. garbanzo beans 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 clove garlic salt

Mix chickpeas, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil in a food processor by pulsing. Mix lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt seperately, then add it to mixture.

Layer mixture on toast with fresh basil or lettuce, and sliced tomato.
