Tamari Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients: – ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds – ½ cup raw sunflower seeds – 1 tablespoon low sodium gluten free tamari – ¼ teaspoon onion powder – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Toast pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add tamari, onion powder, and garlic powder and cook 2-3 minutes longer, until tamari is dissolved.
