Tamari Seaweed Flax Crackers

Ingredients:   ½ cup flax seeds  ½ cup golden flax seeds  1 ½ cups water  2 tablespoon low sodium gluten free tamari  2 nori sheets broken up (½ cup)

Soak flaxseeds and tamari in water for at least an hour. Next, add nori. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon 1 heaping tablespoonful per cracker on a Teflon sheet. Put in dehydrator and dehydrate at 110° for 24-28 hours, or until crispy.
