Ingredients continued: 1 1/2 tablespoon tamari 1 tablespoon finely chopped serrano pepper 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheddar salt and pepper tomato slices
Steam veggies until tender and let cool.
Pulse in food processor.
Mix tofu, vegan cheddar, tamari, serrano pepper, and salt and pepper.
Spread veggies and tofu mixture in a baking dish and mix.
Place sliced tomatoes on top and bake @ 350° for 40 minutes.
