Tofu Sour Cream

Ingredients: – 16 ounces silken tofu – 2 tablespoons lemon juice – 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon agave syrup – Pinch salt

Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Place in the fridge. It will thicken slightly.
