Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk ¼ cup full fat coconut milk (from a can) 1 cup mango fresh or frozen 1 frozen banana ½ teaspoon turmeric

Ingredients: 1 teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon cardamom Pinch black pepper 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender or Nutribullet.
